Privacy Policy
How we handle the personal information you share with us through this website.
Division23 respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written to meet our obligations under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
Who is responsible
Division23 Security LLP
5307 Victoria Drive 414, Vancouver, BC V5P 3V6, Canada
What we collect
We only collect what you type into one of our two forms. Nothing is gathered in the background.
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you write.
- Consultation booking: the service you are interested in, your preferred date and time, your name, email address, optional phone number, and any notes you add.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry or arrange the consultation you asked for. We do not use your details for marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with third parties.
How long we keep it
Form submissions reach us by email and are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Server logs
Our web server records standard technical information for every request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, and the browser used. These logs exist to keep the site secure and running, are not linked to any other information, and are deleted on a rolling basis.
Cookies
This website sets one cookie, and only when you open a form. It holds a random session identifier that lets us verify the form was submitted from our own site rather than by an automated script. It contains no personal information, is not used for tracking, and expires when you close your browser.
Analytics and third parties
We do not use advertising networks, social media pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so opening a page does not disclose your visit to anyone else.
Security
The site is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Form submissions are protected against automated abuse, and the site has no login, no database and no content management system — which removes the most common routes of attack entirely.
Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Write to us at the address above and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page.
